ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Steve has completed over 40 hours of training in mediation as a form of alternative dispute resolution. Mediation can save parties to potential litigation both time and money in many cases that would otherwise end up in a bitter courtroom battle. Frequently, an agreement reached through mediation is satisfactory to all parties involved, as opposed to courtroom proceedings which nearly always result in "winners" and "losers."
